1. Scope of Services

ABU YAHYA GLOBAL provides guidance and administrative facilitation for healthcare professionals seeking licenses in the Middle East and globally (including DHA, DOH, MOH, SCFHS, QCHP, HCPC, ASCP, etc.). Our services include eligibility evaluation, document review, application management, primary source verification (DataFlow) support, and exam booking support.

2. User Integrity & Document Accuracy

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete educational transcripts, degrees, professional licenses, and employment certificates. ABU YAHYA GLOBAL has a zero-tolerance policy for falsified documents. If any submitted credential is found to be altered, forged, or fraudulent:

• Your service contract with us will be terminated immediately without refund.
• We reserves the right to report fraudulent submissions to the corresponding health authorities and verification bodies.

3. Independent Decision Maker Status

While ABU YAHYA GLOBAL guarantees premium administrative assistance and high-quality file preparation, the final decision regarding eligibility, data verification approvals, exam results, and license issuances rests solely with the respective government health authorities (e.g., Dubai Health Authority, Department of Health Abu Dhabi, Ministry of Health UAE, etc.). We do not control government timelines or processing decisions.

4. Fees, Payments & Refunds

All service fees are clearly communicated prior to commencing applications. Fees cover administrative setup, consultation time, and application processing. Government-related application fees, verification fees (DataFlow), and Prometric exam fees are standardly paid directly to the respective bodies unless explicitly integrated into custom billing setups. Refunds for completed tasks or initiated applications are handled as per specific service contracts.

5. Professional Job Recruitment Support

We offer CV review, interview preparation, and job matching services. We do not guarantee immediate employment, as hiring decisions are solely at the discretion of the partner hospitals and clinics. No recruitment fees are charged to job seekers for standard job placements as per international regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABU YAHYA GLOBAL, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from authority-enforced regulation changes, delay in licensing bodies, exam failure, or applicant visa/relocation decisions.
